McCain does not seem to get it?
McCain is a sunny optimist. He is entitled to it. But, when prominent Republicans start to abandon the ticket, there is a problem. Someone needs to tell Senator McCain, "..Hello!!??!!!!". Two had already done it: Scott McClellan and General Powell. I wrote about General Powell earlier. This past Friday, The former Governor of Minnesota Arne Carlson jumped ship. The conservatives can start screaming "socialism" all the want. The fact is that the man is bringing everyone together. We have tried 8 years of division, of partisanship, of "my way or the highway". Let's try something different. Let's figure out how to overcome. The problems are too serious and too compelling to solve alone.
