Peak Oil

Matthew Simmons is what the Economist Called "The high Priest ofpeak oil". What he tells us that we have to be fully prepared to live without oil and change our lifestyles. We have to change the paradigm of how we think. Despite his background in Oil Services, he is at least making us understand that our addiction is killing us. Whether the world will listen is another thing. We have Senator McCain releasing ads comparing Senator Obama to Britney Spears while pushing the fiction of drilling in the outer continental shelf and not working to figure out and lead the nation in overcoming this addiction that is killing our way of life. That is the disappointing part.


Simmons has some stark warnings...We have to wake up and wake up now:
