: Good Grief!!!
Joe Lieberman has chosen sides, that's for sure. I will not dignify his comments further. But I think Bill Richardson said it best when he characterized Joe LIeberman's speech as just "sad". He is a bitter man because the party turned against him. For someone who was the party's VP nominee in 2008, this is quite a change. Oh well!! Let's see what November 5, 2008 brings about and see what Joe Lieberman's coveted Chairmanship of Homeland Security will entail. With Chris Dodd leaving the Senate (I believe), he will be the Senior Senator from Conneticuit and will make life hard due to the U.S. Senate's peculiar rules. It will be interesting to watch.
