Dick Morris, in his latest attack against the Democrats and the Clintons, claims that the Clintons saw to it that Obama did not name a woman to a ticket. Dick felt that the Governor of Kansas was perfect for the role. Now, he's advocating for McCain to name Senator Kay Bailey Hutinchson of Texas. I submit that Dick Morris has no clue about the real intention of the Clintons. The Clintons want to win. There is no question about it. At the end of a 8-year Obama Presidency, Mrs. Clinton will only be 68 years young with a lot more experience and clout to be a shoe-in to the Presidency. So, the issue of a woman on the ticket would not matter in the long run. It is the program that is key. Obama-Biden is a pragmatic, centrist & strong ticket that will make sure that the rest will be interesting. If the Clintons in fact are thinking about insuring that Obama loses, then they are the one who will lose the battle of history. The media also seems to have a field day with what Senator Clinton's delegates will do. If those delegates don't realize the big picture, they have no right to be in Denver in my view. There is a bigger prize that can be won if it comes together. Bill Clinton has surprised me. I am sure that he will do so again. As for Hillary, her time will come. I have no doubt!!!!
